22MILES took the Grand Prize at the Code 7 worldwide contest for its multi-touch coding talents.  22MILES was subsequently invited to present its proprietary "22MILES Multi-Touch Wayfinding" software at Microsoft PDC09 in Los Angeles, as the #1 team from the North America region.

San Jose, CA based-22MILES exhibited at California Govlink 2009 on how emerging technologies could help public service agencies to provide more personalized and more convenient services to the public, such technologies include multi-touch, RFID, Bluetooth, iPhone, etc.

“After the Multi-Touch project for US Navy, we noticed such technology and integration would also be beneficial for Department of Homeland Security, State and local government, and thousands of public services agencies,” said Joey Zhao, CEO of 22MILES.”in recent years, the Govlink conference at California focuses more on the connections between small business and government, we think it will be a good opportunity to introduce our technology at an industrial level to those agencies, who will then bring Californians more  convenient services.”

As a registered Microsoft Partner, 22MILES has started to sell its Multi-Touch solutions at Microsoft Business Solutions and Microsoft Marketplace websites.

22MILES Interactive Directory Suites are being applied as the latest interactive digital signage in hotels and shopping malls. The possibilities are endless. They also bring more fun and provide a more engaging visitor experience in casinos, cruise lines, museums, libraries, and even churches.
