More than 95% of what was needed was already provided by the standard software package. MM Solution was able to quickly build a prototype during their sales demo to Shopping City and immediately won the project from the competition.
Some additional benefits to the total solution deployment were; MM Solution efficiently scaled from 3 pilot kiosks to 18 final kiosks in the project with no additional software license requirements. 22 Miles’ Platform came with free monitoring and screen protection components. Via 22MILES’ easy, user-editable Designer/CMS platform with Multi-language native support, Shopping City was also able to dynamically update in-house all content in English, German, and Serbian.
Lastly, MM Solution found with the off-the-shelf 22MILES product they were able to save significant time of the total implementation and design improvements for successful user experience.
